SGL series water-cooled drum slag cooler is a kind of special equipment for dry cooling and conveying the high temperature slag of circulating fluidized bed boiler and fluidized bed boiler with general industrial water as heat exchange medium. SGL series water-cooled drum slag cooler is mainly composed of spiral blade, inner and outer sleeve, feed and exhaust device, water inlet and outlet device, transmission device and base. When the drum is driven and rotated by the driving device, the high-temperature slag discharged from the boiler is guided forward by the spiral blade in the sleeve, the cooling water continuously and evenly passes through the sleeve interlayer and hollow blade, and the cooling air also continuously reversely passes through the sleeve, so that the slag gradually cools down.

(1) Keep slag active: dry cooling is adopted to completely avoid water slag contact. Keep the activity of slag, make the headache slag produced by boiler become cement and building material additive with good activity.

(7) It can be equipped with cooling water overtemperature alarm, water cut-off shutdown (and alarm), overpressure relief and other safety protection.
