1、 Overview:

2、 Working principle:

The dust containing gas enters the box from the inlet of the dust remover and is filtered by the filter bag. The dust is left on the inner surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag and is inhaled by the fan and directly discharged into the room (or discharged to the outside through the pipe). With the increase of filtering time, the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag is also increasing, and the resistance of the filter bag is rising accordingly, which affects the dust removal effect. The automatic dust removal is used to swing the dust removal device regularly or manually. After shutdown, the dust will swing automatically for tens of seconds to shake off the dust on the inner surface of the filter bag, and the dust will fall to the ash hopper, drawer or directly on the conveyor belt.
